LOADING
A) the mixture is pushed towards the bottom of the barrel by the spiral system found on the internal walls
B) a metering screw in the centre , which moves in the opposite sense of the barrel , pushes the mixture towards the exit , while the contrary moving blades keep it inside increasing loading capacity and mixing speed.
These two contemporary movements (A+B) rotates the mixture onto itself without cramming everything together. The final result is a perfectly mixed product with all the organoleptic qualities of each element.

The barrel shaped mixer with the new strengthened blade cutting mill, is the Rotomix4 exclusive system used by the Bravo company to make a large, well-blended and soft portion of mixture, while protecting the organoleptic qualities of each ingredient: the best unifeed mixture found on the market obtained by the minimum energetic expense. |
UNLOADING
When the unloading is ended, the only thing requested to the operator is to change the direction of the barrel rotation, by the screw, in order to obtain the measured and rapid unloading of the product.
The metering screw, equipped by powerful and numerous magnets which rotate with it, passes repeatedly through the mass and hunts ferrous objects. |

The bladed mill , with increased diameter, guarantees a fast cut of the fibres according to desired length with the minimum gas oil consumption. |

Rotomix self-moving trucks are equipped with IVECO Motors diesel engines, with a power range from 100 hp 74 kw to 230 hp 169 kw, that provides all the energy requested by the hydrostatic system supplying power to SAUER DANFOSS engines and pumps. The hydrostatic traction with frontal wheel drive, and the use of two thirds of the load of the empty mass on its axis, guarantees a safe control on uneven and slippery grounds. Using this self-moving truck the servicing is even easier to carry out: a single hatchback allows the whole access to the engine, hydrostatic pumps and filters.

The cabin has been completely redesigned and renewed according to the most recent ergonomic standards, to improve functionality and quietness. The ventilation and heating system have been greatly improved and set up to add air-conditioning.
The comfortable seat, the great visibility and the logical position of the controls, make the machine both easy and pleasant to operate offering maximum safety.

A new look for one of the most innovative cabin in this field: a larger glass surface, powered lights, shockproof bars and front glass negative inclination for a steady cleaning.

Redesigned, faster and more powerful, the new system “arm – cutter – mill” respects the forage structure and ensilages integrity. The cutter protection is obtained by hydraulic control. The new design of the outline cutter reduces the raising of the dust. The Rotomix system guarantees the less
consuption of the category.
